Plumbing / HVAC Designer / Draftsman

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in, both or either, plumbing or HVAC building design work and AutoCAD drafting of same. Professionals with degrees welcome to apply. Initial employment will likely be on a contract basis with potential for a full-time opportunity if the right fit. Working knowledge of Plumbing, Mechanical, & Energy Codes and related shop drawing & submittal review are expected.

Well experienced part-time or semi-retired applicants will be considered.

Compensation: Competitive, to be determined based on experience.

Engineering / Architectural Quality Control & Construction Admin. 

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of broad construction administration and project management experience (preferably all trades and aspects of building design and construction). Professionals with degrees welcome to apply. Applicants should also have good working knowledge of AutoCAD and will be performing some CAD designing/drafting tasks. Initial employment will likely be on a contract basis with potential for a full-time opportunity if the right fit. General working knowledge of Building Codes and design office procedures would be expected.

Engineering / Architectural Designer – CAD Draftsman

Applicants MUST have 3 to 5 years minimum experience in AutoCAD producing working drawings for building construction (with some REVIT experience considered a plus). Professionals with degrees welcome to apply. Initial employment will likely be on a contract basis with potential for a full-time opportunity if the right fit. General working knowledge of Building Codes and Construction Administration procedures would be preferable but not required.

Project Team Leader  

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of broad building design experience (preferably all trades and aspects of building design and construction) and experience in A/E design office procedures.  Professionals with degrees welcome to apply.  Applicants should also have good working knowledge of AutoCAD and will be performing some CAD designing/drafting tasks. Initial employment will likely be on a contract basis with potential for a full-time opportunity if the right fit.  General working knowledge of Building Codes would be expected.
